The Top 15 Photos from Supercross Denver 2025

One of the wildest, loudest, and most electric weekends I’ve ever photographed – The Moments That Stuck with Me

From Media Day walk-throughs to main event passes, Supercross Denver 2025 had it all: chaos, beauty, adrenaline, and insane talent on two wheels. I had the honor of covering this round as a credentialed photographer for KRX Media, and I came away with hundreds of great photos

These aren’t just the sharpest or most technically perfect shots — they’re the ones that meant something. They tell the story of the day, the sport, and what I saw through my lens.

This post includes everything from qualifying, KTM Juniors, heat races, and of course, the 250 and 450 main events. It’s one big visual story — I hope you enjoy it as much as I loved capturing it.

Here are my favorite 15 photos from Denver Supercross 2025.

#15: Dust, Power, and Precision

Max MillerMedia Day

This is the shot. Miller coming straight at me, dust and dirt flying, bike leaned, eyes focused. It feels like he’s charging right through the lens.

Max Miller number 79 riding through whoops, bars turned, with a dust cloud behind him.
Max Miller—straight at me, through dust and whoops.

#14: The Trio – Media Day Magic

Media day, but make it electric.

Three riders perfectly balanced, bright, and dynamic. It’s the kind of spontaneous beauty you don’t plan—you just catch it.

Media day magic—perfect colors, perfect timing.

#13: Stadium Light Flight

Derek Kelly – Soaring During Media Day

There’s a weightless magic here—Kelly floating under the lights like nothing else exists.

#12: Little Racer, Big Dreams

KTM Junior – Kynlee Paulsen

Kynlee Paulsen, mid-flight, living every kid’s dream on a Supercross track. It’s a photo that feels like possibility—light, hope, and courage all rolled into one.

#11: Roost in Flight

Austin Cozadd – Qualifying Chase

This one’s alive. Roost flying, Cozadd soaring, everything moving yet frozen in perfect balance. It’s raw and it’s beautiful.

#10: A Cowboy Moment

Aaron Plessinger – Cowboy Hat to the Sky

Joy, pure and loud. Plessinger lifts his cowboy hat to the sky, owning the stadium, connecting with every fan. It’s the kind of moment that makes this sport feel like family.

Plessinger, hat to the sky—pure Supercross joy.

#9: Low and Flying

Cole Thompson – Heat Race Flight

His wheels spin, his body is sharp, and the upper arena glows behind him. You can almost feel the pull of gravity fighting him off.

#8: The Frantic Second Corner

450 Main Event

The sound, the speed, the chaos—it’s all here in this wild, second corner shot. This is what adrenaline looks like when everyone is gunning for the same dream.

Multiple riders including Cooper Webb, Malcolm Stewart, and Chase Sexton battling in the first corner.
The second corner frenzy—chaos, color, and pure race energy.

#7: The Pass – Sexton Over Stewart

450 Main Event

Sexton passing Malcolm Stewart for second place. The second everything changes. The chase was over. This photo captured the calm in the chaos. A quiet pass that decides the race. A perfect, fleeting moment.

#6: Full Throttle Blur

Tristan Lane – 450 Main Event

This shot isn’t perfect—it’s fast, bright, and chaotic, and that’s why I love it. This is what Supercross feels like when you’re right in the middle of it—fast, loud, chaotic, and a little imperfect. It’s not about sharp lines; it’s about chasing speed.

Speed, blur, and a flash of Supercross chaos—Tristan Lane flies past.

#5: Focused Flight of a Winner

Chase Sexton – 450 Main Winner

Chase Sexton, the race winner, mid-air, calm and in control. The stadium lights paint him with a soft glow, the SuperMotocross banners peeking in the background. The quiet confidence of someone about to win it all.

#4: Excuse Me, Coming Through

Aaron Plessinger vs. Shane McElrath – Smooth Pass

Plessinger glides past McElrath like it’s second nature. There’s no panic, no rush, just the smooth rhythm of a racer doing exactly what he was born to do. I just imagine Shane McElrath saying “Huh???” in this photo.

Calm and calculated—Plessinger slides past McElrath mid-race.

#3: The Hunt & The Chase

Cole Davies & Haiden Deegan – A hunt for the lead

Left Photo: One of those moments that hums with electricity. Deegan is lurking, Davies is chasing to keep his first place spot, Mosiman is holding on—it’s a snapshot of pressure, strategy, and fate.

Right Photo: The tension is real—you can see Deegan’s hunger and Davies’ desperation. This is the kind of battle that leaves your heart pounding.

#2: Golden Roost Dreams

Kyle Chisholm – 450 Main Event

A dreamy, golden, roost-filled shot. There’s a breath right before the storm hits. Chisholm’s in that breath—just seconds away from getting blasted in the face by a wall of dirt. It’s beautiful and brutal at the same time.

#1: Rockstar Magic

Malcolm Stewart with the Rockstar Flow

My favorite shot. This is pure magic. Malcolm Stewart, number 27, dreadlocks flowing, his colors popping—he’s not just a racer here, he’s a star. There’s something about this moment that just feels like it was meant to be.

Bonus Photo

I love this edit I threw together of 250 racer Haiden Deegan overlayed on a photo of the crowd booing him after he took out Cole Davies in the corner for the win.

  2. These photos were awesome! Actions shots are so cool especially when they’re shot literally in the middle of the race. I liked #3 a lot because you can feel the pressure coming up from behind and the focus to try and maintain a lead without letting anybody pass, to keep a steady pace and to hit those turns JUST right. The bonus collage was great too lol.
