Last week Warner and DC surprised everyone with a curious advertising strategy , where they used their YouTube channels to present brief teasers of the new Justice League breakthrough that would be released a couple of days later. Now, Spider-Man: Homecoming joins this wave.
With a duration of just six seconds, the very short video shows an unpublished sequence of the tape and officially announces that the new trailer for the film will be published in its entirety on Tuesday 28 March.
Next to the teaser released reaffirms the synopsis spread since December 2016:
” A young Peter Parker / Spider-Man (Tom Holland) who made his sensational debut in Captain America: Civil War begins to sail with his new identity in Spider-Man: Homecoming.
Excited by his experience with the Avengers, Peter returns home, where he lives with his Aunt May (Marisa Tomei), under the watchful eye of his new mentor Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.).
Peter tries to return to his normal daily routine – distracted by thoughts of proving himself to be more than his friendly neighbor Spider-Man – but when the vulture (Michael Keaton) emerges as a new villain, everything Peter appreciates is threatened. “The 7 of July of 2017 will be the premiere of the expected tape. This March 28 will be a new facet of Spider-Man: Homecoming.
